Musharraf's Supreme Court dismisses challenges to his Rule

The Dogar-headed Supreme Court on Monday threw out five major challenges to President Musharraf's re-election, leaving one to be heard later in the week, the attorney general told AFP. “There were five petitions, they have all been dismissed. There is only one left and that will be heard on Thursday,” attorney general Malik Mohammad Qayyum told AFP. The PPP earlier said that it had withdrawn its challenge as they did not recognize the sham courts sworn in under the emergency rule. It was not clear if the appeal filed by the PPP was among those that had been dismissed.

Not a surprise it is planned and implemented.Mussarf is desparte for such governace who acts like knights. When he says left turn all will go left. Now he is surprised that why whole nation was behaving like this till Marach. So I want to reduce his tension, that All quite dosnt mean its peace, it might be indication of a wild storm.A one"no" of CJP against military has brought a defining moments for a weak nation like us, and people started gathering their courage to follow his daring step.An army mafia took it as slap on General's face .Now all state machinery is busy in removing the stain of NO on general's uniform but as much as they tried ,it becomes more dark and dark.Curbing on media, removal of top justices and out come of engineered ruling from fake courts are indication of cowardice acts of army mafia. We all are ashmed on the worst performance of our army whom instead of protecting us ,treating us like an enemy.

met an american journalist today, she told me that negroponte has delivered a really tought message. he has said to our general that if he wants to stick to his seat, all the things are going to come down. the situation in swat, the law and order situation in other parts of the country, the insecurity to the Brave Pakistan Army....

according to that journalist, Musharraf cannot simply say yes to negroponte, he has to show some ego to the Pakistani masses. and that ultimately musharraf would bow, but would give some other reasons for it.

anyway, even if he leaves, america wants bb to rule us...and if US wants her, she must not be good for Pakistan.

with so much uncertainities.

there is blankness and emptiness all around.

wish Pakistan Best of Luck

This proves the point that Musharraf wanted to have kangroo courts which should give verdicts as dictated by him. These judges are nothing but coward stooges bowing to the pressure while their collegues are enduring after having shown unflinching character and highest levels of judical morality.

If judiciary is not restored to its pre 3 Nov status and position then we Pakistnies are in for a long high ride
